REAPPOINT ANTHONY J. LEMBACH
MEMBER WELD COUNTY HEALTH
DEPARTMENT. BOARD
TERM EXPIRES MAY 23, 1978:
WHEREAS, Mr. Anthony J. Lembach was appointed to serve
as a member of the Weld County Health Board on January 11 , 1972,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mr. Lembach be
reappointed as a member of the Weld County Health Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado,that they do hereby reappoint
Mr. Anthony J. Lembach to a full term as a member of the Weld
County Board of Health, said term expires May 23, 1978.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote:
