NOTICE OF RENEWAL.
Board of County Commissioners,
Weld County, Colorado .
Gentlemen:
You are advised that, under the terms of an option conferred
upon me by an instrument dated March 13, 1915, the conditions and
provisions of which provide for this notice and the leasing by you to the
United States of America of the northeast quarter of the northwest
quarter of Section 33, Township 6 North, Range 65 west, of the Sixth P.M.
in Weld County, Colorado, and all rights for irrigation thereof, at
and for the rental of 0.00 per annum, payable annually for the period ,
commencing January 1, 1915, and ending June 30, 1915 , subject to
renewal thereafter and which said instrument has been ally reiewed in
accordance with the terms thereof,
I hereby extend all the conditions and provisions of the said in-
strument to cover the period beginning July 1, 1923,
and ending June 30, 1924 , inclusive. The considerations, acts,
promises, agreements, and provisions to be executed and performed by
each party to the said instrument, as originally provided therein,
shall remain in full force and effect for the said extended period.
Payment of rental hereunder shall be made from the appropriation by
Congress fcr "General Expenses, Bureau of Plant Industry, 1924 (Horticulture)".
