TO CANCEL TAX SALE CERTIFICATE 299/1969:
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, has requested
authorization to cancel County Tax Certificate 299/1969 for the tax years
1968, 1969, 1970 on improvements only, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interest of the
County to cancel said tax sale certificate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, be
and he is hereby authorized to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate 299/1969 of
the tax years 1968, 1969 and 1970.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

Dear Sir:
County Certificate No. 299 of the 1969 tax sale was issued
to the County for the taxes of 1968 with the 1969 and 1970 taxes
endorsed thereon on Imps on R R r/w Gilcrest Out, and as the Imps
have been removed and are no longer being assessed, I, therefore,
request a resolution authorizing County Treasurer to cancel
County Certificate No. 299 of the 1969 Tax Sale.
