Karla We use the acreage figures provided by our attorney, using the latest surveys. From the attached plats — specifically
page 3 of the attached — you'll notice that Tract 34-17 has 0.02 acres in the NESE and 3.545 acres in the SESE, totaling
3.565 acres, which is the acreage shown on my letter to you October 22, 2018.

I am catching up on division orders and am processing two of them next week. However, on the attached pages, you
have reception 3883077 as 3.565 mineral acres; however, that lease has 3.27. So that does not seem to match.
Could you possibly review DO's for ST No Platte A11-35-2XRLNC and No Platte 41-34-2XRLNC and send me revised do's
and calculations?
