A public hearing was conducted on March 13, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:

Commissioner Steve Moreno
Also present:

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated October 12, 2018, and duly published
October 17, 2019, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted on November 14, 2018,
and then subsequently continued to January 16, 2019, and March 13, 2019, to consider the
request of Adam Hilton and Lashawn Laguardia Hilton, for a Site Specific Development Plan and
Use by Special Review Permit, USR18-0067, for a Home Business (automobile modification) in
the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Bruce Barker, County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
12 Chris Gathman, Department of Planning Services, presented a brief summary of the proposal
and stated the hearing was being continued due to inclement weather. He reviewed the dates
that had been proposed to the applicant and explained all five (5) County Commissioners would
be present on April 10, 2019.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Moreno moved to continue the request of Adam Hilton and Lashawn
Laguardia Hilton for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit,
USR18-0067, for a Home Business (automobile modification) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District,
to April 10, 2019, due to inclement weather. The motion was seconded by Commissioner James,
and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at
10:05 a.m.
