Dear Ms. Aungst,
Thank you for referring project USR18-0091 to Central Weld County Water District (CWCWD) for
review. Water service is provided to parcel 105734000047 through residential tap #3036.
All commercial taps are subject to District backflow prevention requirements. Because commercial
activity is proposed at this location, the applicant must contact our office to complete a survey of the
tap holder's water usage practices. If it is determined that a backflow prevention device is
necessary, our backflow technician will determine the exact requirements for the applicant's
property, as instructions for installation will be specific to the property.
