HomeMy WebLinkAbout20192058.tiffRESOLUTION RE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENTS PERMIT AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - CEIBA PROJECT WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Ceiba Project presented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, an application for a Special Events Permit for the sale of fermented malt beverages for consumption by the drink on the premises only, subject to the rules and regulations found in Article 5, Title 44, C.R.S., and WHEREAS, said applicant has paid the sum of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) to Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to the laws providing therefore in payment for a Special Events Permit, subject to the rules and regulations found in Article 5, Title 44, C.R.S., for events scheduled on June 30, 2019, July 21, 2019, August 31, 2019, and September 22, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., outside the corporate limits of any town or city in the County of Weld at the location described as follows: 18233 County Road 96, Pierce, Colorado 80650; being further described as being part of the W1/2 SW1/4 of Section 6, Township 8 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, said applicant has also paid the sum of FOURTY DOLLARS ($40.00) to the Colorado Department of Revenue and has exhibited a State Special Events Permit Application for the sale of fermented malt beverages for consumption by the drink on the premises only, subject to the rules and regulations found in Article 5, Title 44, C.R.S.
