RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO AREA AGENCY ON
AGING ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Area Agency on Aging Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that David Villagran and Teresa Schunter be
appointed to said board, both with terms to expire January 31, 2022, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Bruce Fitzgerald and
Nancy Culbreath to said board, both with terms to expire January 31, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that David Villagran, Teresa Schunter, Bruce Fitzgerald, and Nancy Culbreath
be, and hereby are, appointed and reappointed to the Area Agency on Aging Advisory Board, all
with terms to expire January 31, 2022.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 30th day of January, A.D., 2019.
