RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Juvenile Community Review Board will
soon expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
the following Juvenile Community Review Board members, all with terms to expire November 1,
2022:
David James, Citizen
Janice Brown, Citizen Alternate
Marlene Amat, Probation
Sarah Molinar, Probation Alternate
Holly Slegl, School District
Sam Reeves, School District Alternate
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that above mentioned Juvenile Community Review Board members, be, and
hereby are, reappointed, all with terms to expire November 1, 2022.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 13th day of November, A.D., 2019.
