ACCEPT RIGHT OF WAY DEED FROM
EAST GREELEY LAND COMPANY
Slit SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH, RANGE 66 (PTN) :
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that a right of way deed from the East Greeley Land Company, (E. B. Scott)
dated July 28, 1970, be and is hereby accepted, said parcel of land more particularly
described as follows:
The east 20 feet of the west 50 feet of the Southwest
Quarter (SW4) of Section Three (0) in Township Five
(5) North, Range Sixty-six (66) West of the 6th P. M.
Weld County, Colorado
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and

to the consideration of other valuable considerations and Ten Dollars, in hand

®� paid, hereby sell and convey to WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, the right of
way for a public highway over and across the following real property situate
o in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, to-wit:

The east 20 feet of the west 50 feet of the Southwest

ran Five (51 North, Range Sixty-six (66) West of the
Sixth P. M. , Weld County, Colorado.
The consideration herein stated is in full compensation for all damages which
would be considered and assessed in any award or verdict in a proceeding
under the statutes of Colorado, to condemn said strip of land for a public
road.
