Dear Sir:- In regard to our conversation this date at Denver, I will say that under no consideration would I be in favor of a road running through the Ranch in Morgan County. Should the County Commissioners decide to lay out a road between the two North 160 acre tracts of Section 24, Township 4 North, Range 61 West , extending to the line between sections 13 and 24, thence East to the East of Section 19, in Morgan County, it would be agreeable to me. If you will look over this land, you will see that there is very little work to be done in Section 24, and only a trifle on the line between 18 and 19.
