RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR NCMC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Board of Trustees for NCMC will soon
expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Kevin Mullin and Jason Yeater, both with terms to expire January 31, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Kevin Mullin and Jason Yeater be, and hereby are, reappointed to the
Board of Trustees for NCMC, both with terms to expire January 31, 2022.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 14th day of January, A.D., 2019.
