The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Hazardous Materials and Waste Management
Division (the "Division") has conducted a review of Financial Assurance compliance Eaton Composting Facility.
The Financial Assurance Submittal was reviewed for compliance with Section 4.0 of the Regulations Pertaining
to Solid Waste Sites and Facilities, 6 CCR 1007-2 (the "Regulations").
The submittal included a Surety Bond, dated August 28, 2019. The surety bond is adequately funded to cover
2019 inflation. As a result of the Division's review and analysis, the Division hereby approves Eaton Composting
Facility 2019 financial submittal as the financial mechanism for closure and post -closure care costs of the
facility.
The Division is authorized to bill for its financial assurance review pursuant to Section 1.7 of the Regulations,
and an invoice will be transmitted under separate cover.
