County, Colorado lying south of the Lean:- Cottonwood Ditch. Evaluation is to determine the suitability of the area for 2 homesites with septic tank filter fields for on-site sewage disposal and a rabbitry. The soils in this area are deep, well drained, medium to moderately fine textured. The soils have slow to medium runoff and are not subject to flooding. Limitatios for hosesites and septic task filter fields is Alight although the soils are susceptible to frost action and footings should be below the 3 horizon or 20 inch zone. Rabbitry waste will be spread over the land la fertilizer and i would asticipata no pollution problem from this method of disposal. James A.
