Should the proposed Black Creek Compressor Facility be abandoned, Cureton will remove equipment and
grade the site to pre -development conditions, or in accordance with the lease termination provisions.
Disturbed lands will be revegetated per the lease agreement. Site activities will adhere to the Stormwater
Management Plan and Erosion Control Plan.
