As advertised, this bid is for two 85 -pound capacity commercial clothes washers for the Jail. The low bid
is from Martin Ray. However, Martin Ray's bid is only for an 80 -pound clothes washer. Therefore, it does
not meet specifications. The second low bid is from Clean Designs. Their bid does meet specifications.
Therefore, Buildings & Grounds is recommending award to Clean Designs for $36,460.00.
