Dear Weld Planning Commission,
The following comments are regarding Case # USIA -19-0049 proposed outdoor storage facility. I am an absentee
owner of a 60 acre farm directly south across CR 74 to the proposed site. Having owned the property five years now, I am
familiar with the history of the property where the proposed storage site is. I am very much opposed of this storage facility
being built for these reasons:
> the probability of this facility becoming an an eye sore/junk yard
> adjacent land values being affected by the appearance of this proposed facility
' the appearance of rental houses on the same property are a good indicator of the lack of maintenance etc that would
carry over to the proposed storage facility
For these reasons I am NOT in favor of this project.

Comments and Objections to the above Proposed Storage Lot.
I have major concerns regarding this proposal. Visually viewing the property, my concern is that there would be
no conformity in regards to storage.
This property is poorly kept up at this point with old cars parked with "For Sale" signs along the road. And, there is
frequently trash blowing onto my property from this property.
I am concerned about the condition the property is maintained at currently, allowing more 'junk storage" will decrease
property value in the area due to asthetics of creating a non -regulated storage area.
Please let me know if there will be a hearing on this proposal with the County Commissioners.
