RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO BUILDING TRADES ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Weld County Building Code Board of
Appeals will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jerry Lemons and Kevin Pagel be reappointed
to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Jerry Lemons, as the Mechanical/Heating Contractor and Kevin Pagel, as the Large Independent
General Contractor, to said Board, both with terms to expire April 10, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Jerry Lemons and Kevin Pagel be, and hereby are, reappointed to the
Building Trades Advisory Committee, with terms to expire April 10, 2022.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 1st day of April, A.D., 2019.
