Hi Diana, sorry this is so late, I was out on Vacation. The only thing I would request is to have an Emergency Action Plan
completed for this facility. Please have the Company rep contact me for this plan development. I would like this to be a
condition of approval if it's not too late.

PARCEL: 0209-02-0-00-002
Even though a floodplain crosses the current parcel, it does not enter the 20 -acre recorded exemption lot
RECX18-0175 on which the facility will be located, so there are no concerns.
