Billings' letter of June 15, 1973, we are pleased to present the following proposal. We will have the courthouse electrical system inspected and reviewed by a quali- fied Electrical Engineer. We will furnish a written report outlining the defi- ciences in the electrical system and indicating an estimated cost for corrective work. Our charges for this service will be on an hourly basis. The charge for the Electrical Engineer will be $22.50 per hour. The charge for the Electrical Designer will be $12.50 per hour. We expect our charges to be a total of approximately $500.00. This information confirms a discussion between Mr. Charles Clementz of Weld County and Bill McGinley of this office on June 21, 1973. We appreciate the opportunity to do this work and assure you of our intent to furnish the County with the information they will need to make a well-informed decision on future electrical work at the courthouse.
