(TESTATE ESTATE)
THIS DEED is made by JANE G. SENCENBAUGM, as Personal
Representative of the Estate of ERNEST:NE B. GRIGSBY, deceased,
7413 Tudor Road, Colorado Springs, Colorado, Grantor, to CANE G.
SENCENBALTGE, Grantee;
WHEREAS, the above -named decedent in her lifetime made and
executed her Last Will and Testament dated January 4th, 1984,
which will was duly admitted to informal probate on February
13th, 1985, by the District Court in and for the County of
Boulder and State of Colorado, Probate No. 85 PR 056;
WHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed Personal Representative
of said Estate on February 13th, 1985, and is new qualified and
acting in said capacity; and
WHEREAS, the Grantee is entitled to distribution of the
property hereinafter described, and Granter is authorized to
distribute the same to Grantee;
