We are writing in opposition to Use By Special Review k) case no. U RJ9-0030 for outdoor
storage of RVs, boats, tractor trailers, personal vehicles and equipment, indoor storage and up to
600 cargo containers to be used for personal storage.
M ' 3 Dairy is located directly east of the proposed USR. From the application, materials it
appears there is intent to share the dam's access road onto Highway 60. The dairy's access is
located in the portion of the County Road 7 right-of-way that was vacated when the County tee*
aligned the roadway. We do not agree to share the dairy's private access with a commercial
operation due to significant safety concerns.
A shared access may result in the public entering tim dairy site, which poses both a security and
biosecurity threat. We are also concerned that the proposed hours of operation are 244 with zero
employees monitoring the site. Additionally, the RV/self-storage customer traffic could impede
the operation of our site including a icuitural equipment and vehicles such as loaders, tractors
and feed. trucks.
We prefer that USRI9-0030 l 9-003 0 be denied. However, if U R 19-003 1) is approved, our request is that
the facility have a separate access point and additional security measuzes to protect the safety and
biosecurity of our site.
