WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of County Commissioners
Weld County, Colorado, to rent from Empire Dispatch , Inc. , 2109 South
23rd Avenue, Greeley, Colorado, tower and transmitter space, including
electric power to operate the base station equipment for a total of
Twenty-Five Dollars ($25 .00) per month, all as appears in contract
attached herewith anal made a part hereof by reference, for a total rental
price of One Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Five Dollars ($1 , 675 . 00) .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, agree to rent from Empire Dispatch,
Inc. , said tower and transmitter space as hereinabove mentioned, all in
accordance with said agreement as hereinabove recited and extending
from the 1st day of January, 1972 , to the 1st day of January, 1977 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote:

Dear Mr. Reynolds:
In reference to your letter of May 6 , 1975 concerning
availability of space in building and on the tower of now
existing structures .
We have at present time and will reserve space to meet
your specified request to horse four or five cabinets. Our
space rent, including electricity for units and tower space
is 335. 00 per unit. The projected antenna duplex system will
meet our specifications .

you.

Dear Mrs. Cooper:
Last Friday, May 2, 1975, I had the pleasure of
discussing with Mr. Ward Carpenter of your office
the probability of the Weld County law enforcement
radio network leasing tower and building space at
your .location in the upcoming months.
The projected amount of equipment to be housed in
your facility will be from four to five cabinets.
We will attempt to duplex the antenna systems to
place the least amount of hardware on your tower
possible.
We will need a firm quote on the cost per cabinet
and permission so we may proceed with our planning
of the radio system.
If you have any questions, feel free to call or write.
