Mein Settlement - Royalties on natural gas and natural gas liquids produced from wells previously operated by Merit Energy, located in Weld, Adams and Boulder counties, Colorado, have been
calculated as provided by the Anal judgment of the Anderson vs. Merit class action settlement. To comply with the judgment, the actual dollar amount of sales proceeds received by PDCE from these
wells has been increased by 18.15% as indicated with the component labeled'MST", and the total increased value is utilized as the Oasis for calculating the net royalties paid to you. The calculation
mollies for any other Writing PDC operated wells continues under existing procedures and in compliance with any twisting Settlement or lease terms, end industry or statutory reaulw====.5

Property Tax True -Up
Included in this month's distribution is a property tax "true -up" adjustment for payment of 2018 ad valorem (i.e.
property) taxes attributable to 2017 production for owners sharing in these taxes. Please note that you can readily
identify these adjustments as they will indicate "12/17" under the column "Prod Date" on your remittance, have no
production numbers, and will include "ADV" under the column "Ded Code". The property tax true -up is a necessary
process since these taxes are estimated when production is distributed and the actual taxes are computed and finalized
by the Counties in future periods. As such, differences between the estimated and actual taxes will result in positive or
negative true -ups.
