RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of County Commissioners,
Weld County, Colorado, to lease from The Singer Company, Denver,
Colorado, for the use of the Weld County Accounting Department, the
following, to-wit:
1 - 4301 Magnetic Data Recorder, 9-track
800 BPI
1 - Record Counter
1 - 9543 Desk
as per Lease Rental Agreement dated January 25, 1973, attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference, for a monthly lease rental price of
One Hundred Forty-Eight and no/100ths Dollars ($148. 00).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County of Weld,
State of Colorado, agrees to lease from The Singer Company, Denver,
Colorado, the aforementioned magnetic data recorder and equipment upon
all of the terms and conditions as recited in said Lease Agreement thereto.
Dated this 7th day of February, A. D. , 1973.
