Lease extended to June 30, 1975
Dear Sir:
Weld County has leased the above referenced land used as a site for a road
equipment maintenance shop since 1927. We are now desirous of making
extensive improvements to the building estimated to cost approximately
$35,000. Since we are apprehensive in making these improvements to a
building located on leased land, is it possible to receive any type of
assurance that this lease could be renewed for additional -Five-year terms
indefinitely? Any information you can provide will be very much appreciated.
