NOTICE OF INCLUSION OF PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 21, 2018, the Thompson Rivers Park and
Recreation District (the "District") received notification from the Office of the Weld County
Assessor that certain properties of which Weld County is shown to be the owner, as described
below, are now eligible for inclusion into the District's boundaries (the "Eligible Property").

FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested persons that the District intends
to file, with the Weld County District Court, a Motion for Order for Inclusion requesting that the
Eligible Property be included within the boundaries of the District. Upon inclusion into the District
boundaries, the Eligible Property shall become subject to all obligations, liens and charges of the
District.
Pursuant to § 32-1-307, C.R.S., property that is forty acres or more and used primarily and
zoned for agricultural uses shall not be included in a park and recreation district at the time of its
organization. However, if after the organization of the district the use or zoning of such property
changes from agricultural to any other use or zoning or the area of the property is reduced below
forty acres then the property shall no longer be excluded from the respective park and recreation
district.
As explained in the notification from the Weld County Assessor, the Eligible Property has
changed its primary use or zoning from agricultural or now covers an area of less than forty acres
and shall now be included within the boundaries of the District.
