BOARD OF TRUSTEES WELD COUNTY LIBRARY
TERM EXPIRES MAY 31, 1976:
WHEREAS, the term of Dr. Forrest Frease as a Trustee on the Board of
Trustees for the Weld County Library expires May 1, 1971, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dr. Frease be re-appointed
for a term of five years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado do hereby appoint Dr. Forrest Frease to serve as a
member on the Board of Trustees for the Weld County Library for a term of five
years, beginning May 1, 1971 and ending May 1, 1976.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote: i

Dear Mr. Anderson:
At its regular meeting on April 9, 1971, the Board of
Trustees of the Weld County Library recommended the
reappointment of Dr. Forrest Frease for a second five year
term on the Board. He has been an active participant in
the direction of the library and has also served as
chairman of the Board for several years.
