The average home in Pierce with my specs is $217,000. The fact that I have retail space attached and specific rules attached to my property makes for a harder sale. Now from 2017 to 2018 you are assessing my property value up 158%. So in 2 years you are implying my home went up 250% making my home worth $336,381 yet average is $217,000. I believe I would have trouble getting $190,000 which makes my property unable to finance. This is very high and unfair. If you can sell my place for $336,381 please by all means sell it please!! I had a CMA done in May of 2018 and I will try to attach and or send a copy. I know this will mostly likely change but I really hope you will reconsider as I know I could never get $336,381 for my property! Never!!! Thank you for your time.
