recommend that the road be granted as petitioned.

Presented to the Board of Commissioners' APR - 8 1921 when the following action was taken and
entered of record, to-wit: -
The Board basing carefully considered the report of the viewers hereby es well as the objection,'made thereto,and finding the report correct as to
form,and believing the public good requires the laying out of the road as recommended by the viewers,it was on motion ordered that the report be approved
and adapted,and the road therein described and recommended by the viewers be and is hereby declared a public highway. The Clerk is directed to record
the report,plat the read,draw warrants in favor of parties for damages awarded,and cause notices to he posted of opening of said road,and notify the
Road Overseer of proper District to epee the some to travel in auty days as required by law.
