THE WELD COUNTY FAIR BOARD:
Commissioner Marshall Anderson offered the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, by resolution dated March 4, 1970, a Weld County Fair
Board was created consisting of fifteen members with the term of five
members expiring December 31, 1970; and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mr. Elroy Kohler be appointed
for a second term; and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mrs. Roy Schneider of Eaton,
Colorado, Mr. Jay McCracken of New Raymer, Colorado, Mr. Claude Arnold of
Keenesburg, Colorado and Mr. Wendell Fuller of Greeley, Colorado be appointed
to fill the existing vacancies:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that Mr. Elroy Kohler, Mrs. Roy Schneider, Mr. Jay
McCracken, Mr. Glnde--Arnoid and -Mr-rWende44--Fttl±er be and they are hereby
appointed as members of the Weld County Fair Board for a term of three years,
beginning January 1, 1971 and ending December 31, 1973.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Harold Anderson, adopted
by the following vote on roll call:
