Use by Special Review for an Oil and Gas Support and Service Facility (Oil and Gas
Lay Down Yard)
Dear Ms. Aungst,
The Town of Hudson received a referral request for the proposed Use by Special
Review Permit to allow an Oil and Gas Lay Down Yard in an Agricultural Zone District
on property located south of and adjacent to CR24 and east of and adjacent to CR41 .
We appreciate the opportunity to comment on the development proposal. The Town of
Hudson has no comments on the request.
Again, the Town of Hudson would like to thank you for the opportunity to comment on
the proposed USR. Please include Hudson on the formal referral list for this area as we
would like the opportunity to review and comment on any new or associated
applications or development requests in the future.
