The reason stated was "due to comparison of other similar properties which sold during the January 2017 to June 2018 time period." Those comparisons were not provided to me nor do I feel they are relevant as my property sold prior to those dates in 2016. My modular home was placed, and COO issued, in November 2016. The cost of that home, receipts to be provided at hearing, was $122045.82. It was then assessed at $126793 for taxes for 2017. I do not have the 2018 assessment documents but expect you will be able to provide them at hearing. When I received this year's assessment at $175909, I was understandably shocked at the 39% increase in assessment. With no reason for the drastic change noted and the notice itself stating that "The assessment rate for all residential property is projected to be 7.2%.", I am not comfortable with the numbers. Why my property was excluded from the 7.2 percent assessment was not stated and the 3S is entirely out of line with any and all comps I pulled and provided with my protest. So, I am exercising my right to appeal to the Board of Equalization. Please let me know what time my hearing is scheduled so I can present my documentation. ;ALPINE ,I r 3619 East MhIberry FORT COLLINS, COL OR A!-:.oJ 80524 (5ra)4 —7C' L' a Viz;..(VD) :::'-f.;4`, -7O01 MAR KRTING .1.LG (888)22'i -7'2"i :'s7 - fir} I r ...,,,v- ''''''''''..--`-- CODE: HUD IRO EW ❑ USED -1 rLY+I-r';a^;AY",cy;ca-nACht]prpuyarirAtdiprwidAerri ._al6vl C ';. 111 Ys r f t_fxt': ,i3& Pd VALUE THICKNESS •fl OF 1N SULATTaN ' ' F YrSHED BY7 #E A/pLl±f(/f7ACTx1 AND •1p ca; ,, r(.14. .t__Qr>aFcr I nr RAL_TRADE a .,11 fr1sia: OP :k.el t.
