Dear Mr. Marshall:
We are pleased to inform you that the Department o£ Housing and
Urban Development has taken the following action concerning area—
wide planning certification for your organization.
1. Certified that the Larimer—Weld County Areawide Planning
Organization is carrying out adequate comprehensive planning
for the following two areawide planning jurisdictions:
(a) Ft. Lupton, Colorado, and environs, (APJ)
(b) Greeley, Colorado, and environs, (APJ)
Certification: �ri1 10, 72 19 to April 9 1973
Please be advised that the above certification periods are for
twelve months. It will be necessary for your organization to be
re—certified approximately one month prior to the above expiration
dates.
Re—certification should show achievement by the areawide planning
organization in moving from individual community plans to actual
areawide plans for the two counties. If you have further questions
concerning certification procedures, please contact our office.
