KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, AVIS HARSH, Weld
m County, Colorado, for the consideration of other valuable considerations

u•N and Ten Dollars, in hand paid, hereby sell and convey to WELD COUNTY,

`^' COLORADO, the right of way for a public highway over and across the
following real property situate in the County of Weld and State of Colorado,
o to-wit:

The South 20 feet of the North 50 feet of the Northwest
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NWfNWff-), and the
tin East 20 feet of the West 50 feet of the Northwest Quarter
of the Northwest Quarter (NWkNWhj-) lying North of the
Greeley No. 3 canal, all in Section One (1), Township
Five (5) North, Range Sixty-six (66) West of the Sixth
(6th) Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado.
The consideration herein stated is in full.compensation for all damages which
would be considered and assessed in any award or verdict in a proceeding
under the statutes of Colorado, to condemn said strips of land for public
roads.
