Dear Sirs:
A group of interested citizens are in the process of forming
the Northern Colorado Developmental Assessment Center. This group
plans to integrate the various health and education specialties
into an assessment team for the purpose of offering solutions to
a variety of children's problems. We would like to officially re-
quest an opportunity to make a formal application for some local
financial support through "Revenue Sharing Funds". Please advise
us as your guidelines for allocating these funds are developed.
