SIGN QUIT CLAIM DEED
REVERTING GRAVEL EASEMENT
TO PRESENT OWNERS:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that it does hereby sign a Quit Claim Deed reverting all of their
right, title and interest in and to an easement removing all gravel, sand,
road making and building material acquired by instrument dated November 6, 1952
on a tract of land more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land located in the North West one-quarter (NW-) of
Section 32, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. ,
Weld County, Colorado described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of the NW4 of said Section 32
a distance of 505.5 feet North of the southeast corner thereof,
thence S88° 45' W 538.5 feet, thence N 00 12' W 174.5 feet,
thence N 88° 15' E 539 feet to a point on the east line of the NW-1-
of said Section 32, thence South 179 feet to the place of begin-
ning. Containing 2.18 acres more or less.
Also an easement for ingress and egress over and across the East
20 feet of the south 505.5 feet of the NW- of said Section 32.
Gravel covered by the above description used entirely as of
November 6, 1952.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and

AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMA. .0 SIGN AGREEMENT
WITH THE C. B. R Q. RAILROAD COMPANY,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners, Weld county, Colo-
rado, authorize the Chairman to sign an agreement made and executed by and between the
Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad Company and Weld County, Colorado, regarding
building approaches at a highway grade crossing west of Roggen, Colorado; copy of
which is attached and made a part of this resolution.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and-selded,
adopted by the following vote•

It is agreed that the Contractor shall have full and exclusive judgment
and discretion as to the means and methods to be employed in the accomplishment
of this job, and the Railroad Company shall have no right whatsoever to control
or supervise such means and methods; the Contractor shall have full and sole
authority to hire, control and discharge any and all necessary assistants.
The Contractor shall burnish all tools and equipment needed in the per-
formance of the contract at his sole cost and expense .
The Contractor agrees to abide by, and prosecute the work under this con-
tract in full compliance with , any and all federal , state, local and municipal
statutes, laws, orders and ordinances; more specifically, but not to the exclu-
sion of any others, Contractor expressly agrees to maintain a scale of wages high
enough to comply with the minimum requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act of
1938, to indemnify the Railroad Company and to hold it harmless from any and all
claims or suits filed thereunder .
It is further agreed that the Contractor shall indemnify and save harm-
less the Railroad Company from all loss, claims, costs, and expenses resulting
from damage to or destruction of any property , or injury to or death of any
person or persons, including the parties hereto and their employees, in any manner
arising from or growing out of the above mentioned work.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have placed their signatures as of
the day and year first above mentioned .
