RE: APPROVE REASSIGNMENT AND APPOINTMENTS TO PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Planning Commission will soon expire,
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reassign
Gene Stille to said board from an At -Large position to the District 2 position, with a term to expire
July 31, 2021, and
WHEREAS, the Board further deems it advisable to appoint Gary "Butch" White (Advisory
Board District 1 position), Sam Gluck (At -Large position), and Troy Mellon (At -Large position) to
said board, all with terms to expire July 31, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Gene Stille, be, and hereby is, reassigned to the Planning Commission,
with a term to expire July 31, 2021, and that Gary "Butch" White, Sam Gluck, and Troy Mellon,
be, and hereby are, appointed to the Planning Commission, all with terms to expire July 31, 2023.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 27th day of July, A.D., 2020.
