The bid is for LNG Fuel Supply and Site Maintenance. The threshold price per LNG gallon delivered remains unchanged from the previous agreement. Site maintenance annual cost of basic service is $17,280.00. Labor rate for additional services during business hours is $125.00 each hour with a three-hour minimum and after hours rate is $187.50 each hour with the same three-hour minimum. There is an additional mileage charge of $1.25/mile portal to portal. The fees or percentage of parts and supplies markup is 25%.
