TO CANCEL TAX SALE CERTIFICATE #289/1967:
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, has requested
authorization to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate #289/1976 for the tax
year 1966 on the Mineral Interests on the Southwest Quarter (Ski-) of Section
15, Township 3 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P. M. as recorded in Book
1343, Page 425.
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interest of the
County to cancel said tax sale certificate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, be
and he is hereby authorized to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate #289/1967
of the tax year 1966, as described above.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote: ,

May we please have a resolution cancelling County
Tax Sale Certificate #289/1967 .
The assessment for the tax year 1966 is: Dodero ,
Anthony T. 8 Amato, Salvatore F. , Min int till
1966 on SW 1/4 : Sec 15 T3 R67 80a as per book
1343 nage 425 .
The 1967 , 1968 , and 1969 taxes are endorsed on
said Certificate .
Because the ,mineral interest was reserved only
until 1966 , the assessments were erroneous , and
there is no 1970 assessment.
