As a result of the Architectural&Design Services bid(B1900100),C2D Architects LLC was awarded on-call
design services July 31, 2021. There is a need for design services for a remodel at 1105 H Street. Using
the fees identified in the bid, C2D has quoted the project at $14,900.00. Buildings & Grounds is
recommending approval.

Compensation: $14,900.00
Note: Pursuant to the "Original Agreement", document No. 2019-2250 sectlon2.2- Additional
Task Order Work. In addition to that work described in section 2.1,the Parties may agree
to additional work to be provided by Contractor pursuant to an appropriately executed
Task Order,which shall be negotiated between the Parties on an as needed basis. Any
such Task Order shall be signed by the Weld County Director of Buildings and Grounds
before it shall be effective.In no event shall the total of all Task Orders exceed$25,000 in
any calendar year unless first approved by the Board of County Commissioners. Any
appropriately executed Task Order shall be automatically incorporated herein and
enforceable.
Scope of Task Order:
1. Design the expansion of the Buildings&Grounds Office
2. The construction drawings will include Architectural, Mechanical,Plumbing and
Electrical design.
Contractor agrees to perform the services identified above and on the attached exhibit in accordance
with the terms and conditions contained herein and in the Original Agreement between the parties.
