RESOLUTION
DIVISION OF LAND NO. 0555-32-3-RE-51
DATERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION
RANGE 67 WEST, TOWNSHIP 8 NORTH, SECTION 32
SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SWi) :
WHEREAS, on May 5, 1972, the General Assembly of the State of Colorado,
enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes,
and
WHEREAS, on August 30, 1972, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, adopted Subdivision Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to
comply with the presecribed Senate Bill #35, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended to the
Board of County Commissioners for recording of plat number 0555-32-3-RE-51 as
provided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and regulations)
for Weld County, Colorado.
Said division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of
subdivision is more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land situated in the Southwest Quarter (SWi) of Section
32, Township 8 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner (BWCor) of said Section 32,
and considering the West line of said Southwest Quarter (SW+)
as bearing North 00°39'00" East, and with all bearings contained
herein relative thereto;
Thence North 00°39'00" East, 384.85 feet to a point on the South
bank of an existing irrigation lateral ditch;
Thence along Said South bank the following nine (9) courses and
distances; South 78°58'00" East, 119.80 feet; South 88°36 00"
East, 56.32 feet; North 82°69 00" East, 60.58 feet; North 68°08'00"
East, 88.47 feet; South 87°11 00" East, 89.30 feet; South 77°46 00"
East, 133.66 feet; South 63°13 00" East, 113.62 feet; South
68°17'00" East, 132.90 feet; South 80°35'00" East, 83.40 feet;
Thence South 07°49'40" West, 44'79 feet;
Thence South 00°06'00" East, 188.95 feet to a point on the South
line of said Southwest Quarter (SW4) ; Thence South 88°35'00" West,
841.96 feet to the point of beginning.
Said described parcel of land contains 6.571 acres, more or less,
including a strip of ground 30 feet in width along the South and
West lines of said Section 32, for County Road Right-of-way purposes
and is subject to any rights-of-way or other easements as recorded
by instruments of record or as now existing on said parcel of land.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to sign
the plat of a division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of
Subdivision No. 0555-32-3-RE-51, for recording
