This email is notification to you that the Department will not be pursuing 2020-2021 contracts with the follow three (3)
vendors who were approved as out -of -home placement providers via Tyler #2020-1806.
1. Bridges Child Placement Agency — Facility ID 1980
2. New Start Youth Services LLC (Child Placement Agency) — Facility ID 1528224
3. Cornerstone (Residential Child Care Facility) — Facility ID 1707380
