Dear Commissioners:
This firm represents property-owners Cyndee L. Stegall and Stanley C. Stegall
(collectively the"Stegalls")in connection with the above-referenced matter. This letter is
intended to constitute notice pursuaat to C.R.S. § 30-28-101(10)(c)(II), and to further provide
notice of the above-referenced pending action by which, among other things,the Stegalls may
seek to certain rights to and disposition of the above-described property, more fully described
with a legal description of:
A parcel of land located in the NE1/4 of Section 28, Township 1 North, Range 63
West of the 6th P.M., County of Weld, State of Colorado described as follows:
Considering the East line of the East 1/2 of said Section 28; thence S00°18'39"E,
and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto;
Commencing at the NE corner of said Section 28; thence S00°18'39"E,
coincident with the East line of the East 1/2 of said Section 28, a distance of 539.46
feet to the South line of Olds Reservoir as described in deed recorded May 2,
1925 as Reception No. 460435 and as shown on Land Survey Plat recorded
November 21,2012 as Reception No. 3890512 in the records of the Clerk and
Recorder for Weld County, Colorado;thence continuing S00°18'39"E, coincident
with the East line of the East 1/2 of said Section 28, a distance of 620.29 feet to the
North right of way line of County Road No. 6 as shown on said Land Survey Plat;
thence S87°00'35"W, coincident with said North right of way line, a distance of
694.71 feet to the beginning of a curve, concave to the Northeast, having a radius
of 112.33 feet and a central angle of 94°32'25", whose chord bears N48°24'01"E, a
distance of 165.03 feet; thence Westerly,Northwesterly, and Northerly along the
arc of said curve and coincident with said North right of way line, a distance of

said County Road No. 6, a distance of 229.6 feet to the South line of said Olds
Reservoir; thence S70°52'47"E, coincident with said South line, a distance of
292.79 feet; thence N56°07'13"E, coincident with said South line, a distance of
580 feet;thence North 08°17'13" East, coincident with said South line, a distance
of 130 feet; thence 547°22'47"E, coincident with said South line, a distance of
56.30 feet to the East line of the East '/2 of said Section 28 and the True Point of
Beginning.

The proceeding is not adopted for the purpose of evading Part 1 of Title 30 of the
Colorado Revised Statutes. This notice is intended to notify the Weld County Board of
Commissioners of the pending action by the court and to give opportunity to join as a party in
interest in such proceeding for the purpose of raising the issue of evasion of Part 1 of Title 30 of
the Colorado Revised Statutes prior to entry of a court order. Please note that if the Board does
not file an appropriate pleading within twenty days after receipt of such notice by the court, then
such action may proceed before the court.
Nothing herein shall be deemed a waiver or compromise of any of the Stegalls rights or
remedies all of which are expressly reserved. Please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned if
