Dear Representative Showalter :
Concerning the powers of a county housing authority
subsection (3) of 69-6-5, CRS 1963 , provides that the county
authority is empowered
"To exercise any and all of the public
powers granted to city housing authorities
under Article 3 of Chapter 69 , Colorado
Revised Statutes 1963 , "
A city housing authority in Chapter 69-3-9 (12) (b) has
the power "to sell, exchange, transfer, assign or pledge any
property, real or personal, or any interest therein, to any
person, firm, corporation, or the city, or a government . "
From the foregoing, it appears clear that a county au-
thority has transfer powers as therein indicated in 69-3-9(12)
(b) .
Very trpulyyj yours, •
