The Financial Assurance Submittal was reviewed for compliance with Section 4.0 of the Regulations Pertaining to Solid Waste Sites and Facilities, 6 CCR 1007-2 (the "Regulations"). The submittal included a revised Certificate of Insurance, policy number CPCS99-0013 for the term of April 9, 2020 to April 9, 2021. The coverage has been increased to total $2,146,313 for closure and $3,844,311 for post -closure. As a result of the Division's review and analysis, the Division hereby approves North Weld Landfill's 2020 financial submittal as the financial mechanism for closure and post -closure care costs of the facility. The Division is authorized to bill for its financial assurance review under Section 1.7 of the Regulations, and an invoice will be transmitted under separate cover.
