Hi Chloe, this is to follow up to the telephone conversation we had yesterday. The Friends of Raymer
has postponed their Cajun Boil scheduled for April 25th. We are considering waiting until the Fall,
but our group will wait until the quarantine is over and things have settled down a bit to pick a new
date. Our special events permit will remain the same, other than the date. If we need to do anything
else besides wait and see, please let us know. Thank you, Susie Kester 303.579.7577

Hi Chloe,
The LED will not consider a cancelled event toward the 15 allowable events per year. Fees

Good morning,
What is your policy for postponed Special Events because of the Corona Virus? If
an alternate date is selected and approved by the local licensing authority, will you
be charging further fees?
Thank you,
