RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO WELD/LARIMER
REVOLVING LOAN FUND COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists and the term for a certain position on the
Weld/Larimer Revolving Loan Fund Committee will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Larry Wood to said board as the Weld Representative, with a term to expire December 31, 2022,
and to reappoint Ray Knapp to said board, with a term to expire December 31, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Larry Wood and Ray Knapp, be, and hereby are, appointed and
reappointed to the Weld/Larimer Revolving Loan Fund Committee, with terms to expire
December 31, 2022, and December 31, 2023, respectively.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 16th day of December, A.D., 2020.
