This letter is provided in conjunction with the Change of Zone application for the Gerrard
Investments, LLC property located on Lot B of Recorded Exemption RE-2803 and Part of the
Southwest ' 4 of Section 18 , Township 5 North, Range 67 west ~
Notifications were mailed to known mineral interest owners on March 18, 2020, informing them
of the proposed change of zone and existing site improvements, in accordance with Section 23 -2 -
50. B . 13 of the Weld County Code . A certified list of mineral interest owners was used to prepare
the notifications . This certified list and copies of the notifications are included with the change of
zone application materials. To date, no responses to these communications have been received
by the applicant, however, the applicant is prepared to address any concerns raised by mineral
owners during the application referral period . The present Change of Zone application does not
contemplate any changes to existing surface development on the subject property, and thus will
not impact existing or planned mineral exploration.
