WITNESSETH: Paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Short -Term Lease Agreement of Thirty (30) Apartments, Heritage 2 Building, Bonell Community, Greeley, Colorado, for Use as Alternative Care Facility ("Original Lease"), executed by the parties hereto on April 8, 2020, are amended as follows: 3. Term. The term of this Lease shall be for a period of one -hundred twenty-four (124) days from April 8, 2020, to and until August 1, 2020. 4. Rent. Lessee has paid the Lessor as rent for the use of the Premises the amount of $18,000 for the use of the entire Premises for the entire term hereof. Rent shall include all utilities, such as water, sewer and electricity. Trash removal shall be arranged and paid for by Lessee. All remaining paragraphs and exhibits to the Original Lease shall remain the same.
